First Time Clients

We are excited to have you! We are always taking new patients - Here is the following information you may need to know before booking your appointment with us for the first time.

If you are unsure of what treatment is best for you, want more information or to see if you are eligible for certain treatments - we can book you a Virtual consultation with our Nurse Practitioner Kate. Please note, all consultations are done virtually.

If you are sure of which treatment you want to go through with, a consultation can be done the same day as your appointment. We will automatically book your consultation so you may get a second email confirmation.

Once a consultation is done with Kate  you can book your treatment with which ever injector you prefer either online on our booking page or by calling the clinic at 613-237-9595. A $75 deposit is required to secure your appointment and is refundable if we receive 2 days (48H) notice of cancellation or need to reschedule. If we are not given 2 days (48H) notice the deposit is non-refundable.

Consultations are renewed annually or may need to be redone if you are interested in a new treatment area.
